Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments for development teams in a hybrid Lisbon setting. Own the team's adherence to Scrum practices and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure transparency and progress.
• Coach the team on Scrum principles, helping them apply best practices and overcome resistance.
• Remove blockers that impede development velocity and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
• Analyze team metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in agility and software development.
• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master facilitating Scrum mode projects.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage complex workflows.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess team performance and process health.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively in English.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe methodology and large-scale Agile frameworks.
• Fluency in written and spoken French.
• Ability to work hybrid from Lisbon, Portugal.
