Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments for development teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Scrum principles and best practices.
• Remove blockers to maintain development velocity.
• Analyze team metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in agility and software development.
• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master facilitating Scrum projects.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for complex workflows.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess team performance.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe methodology and large-scale Agile frameworks.
• Fluency in written and spoken French.
