You will facilitate Agile processes and support the team to ensure smooth delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Remove roadblocks and escalate impediments to keep the team moving.
• Ensure alignment with Program Increment (PI) planning and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Protect the scrum team from external distractions and guide them toward self-organization.
• Maintain team boards and manage tasks within Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Scrum Masters roles.
• Expertise using Jira for team tracking.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience managing hardware/software integration across development teams.
• Experience in safety critical regulated industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace).
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and approach challenges holistically.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Product Owner roles.
