Description

You will serve as Scrum Master for mobile application teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments to ensure timely delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives for iOS and Android teams.
• Coach teams on Scrum principles, continuous improvement, and quality best practices including automated testing and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed, prioritized backlog and track progress via Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and protect the team from external interruptions to maintain focus on sprint goals.
• Foster collaboration between mobile, QA, UX, DevOps, and backend teams while identifying and mitigating risks early.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master specifically in mobile application development projects.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks, including the mobile app development lifecycle (iOS & Android).
• Hands-on proficiency with Agile tools: Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills for distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting teams working with CI/CD pipelines and coordinating Agile release planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification with experience in Scaled Agile environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps, cloud-based mobile builds, and app store release processes (Apple/Google).
• Background as a developer, QA, or business analyst in mobile projects.
