Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments for mobile application development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives for mobile teams.
• Coach iOS, Android, QA, UX, and DevOps teams on Scrum principles and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies affecting mobile app delivery and releases.
• Track sprint progress using Jira or Azure DevOps, ensuring transparency through velocity and burn-down metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog and protect the team from external interruptions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in mobile application development.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of mobile app development lifecycle for iOS and Android.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration between QA, UX, DevOps, and backend teams.
• Experience supporting teams working with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app releases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification.
• Experience in scaled Agile environments.
• Knowledge of mobile app store release processes (Apple App Store / Google Play).
