Description

Lead Agile delivery for airline technology teams in London.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Remove impediments and coordinate with onshore/offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and business analysts to align increments with business priorities.
• Track dependencies, risks, and issues while managing cross-team coordination.
• Publish Agile metrics including velocity, sprint burndown, and team health.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• 2–3 years of experience in the airline or aviation domain.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Strong servant-leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to foster transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of SAFe, Kanban, and DevOps practices.
