Description

You will facilitate Agile processes and manage project scope and timelines for development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to maintain flow.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide teams toward higher Scrum maturity.
• Work with product owners to manage backlogs, new requests, and user stories.
• Remove obstacles, resolve conflicts, and facilitate effective internal and external communication.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and the definition of done at the end of each sprint.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum techniques, artifacts, and backlog refinement.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles.
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as Crystal and XP.
• Strong servant leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• High level of organizational skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
