You will coordinate an agile development team in Louisville, KY, ensuring all activities adhere to Scrum Framework principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through timeboxed iterations and sprints.
• Track progress through daily stand-up meetings.
• Align team activities with department and organizational operating objectives.
• Make independent decisions regarding work methods in ambiguous situations.

Required Skills

• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or with Agile methodologies.
• Experience working within a multi-team environment.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong leadership competencies and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills
