Description

You guide an Agile development team through the Scrum framework, removing impediments and facilitating ceremonies to drive continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Lean-Agile leadership to help the team adopt Agile principles and best practices.
• Proactively identify and resolve impediments to maintain team progress and efficiency.
• Facilitate all team meetings, including stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Team Demo, and Retrospectives.
• Guide the team in estimating work and keeping focus on daily and iteration goals.
• Track and analyze team metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading Agile development teams.
• Expertise in the Scrum method and CSM principles.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of Product Owner responsibilities and effective collaboration.
• Ability to ensure adherence to standards for code development and automated testing.
• Experience tracking team metrics for continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting the Product Owner in communicating priorities and scope.
