Description

You will lead Agile ceremonies and remove impediments to ensure high-quality delivery. You will collaborate with product owners to manage the backlog and foster continuous improvement. You will coach the team on Agile practices and track performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and blockers to maintain team velocity.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize the product backlog.
• Coach team members on Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
• Report on team progress and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies (CSM, PSM, or SAFe).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with other project management methodologies such as Waterfall.
• Knowledge of software development processes and practices.
