Description

You own the release pipeline and test environment stability while facilitating Agile ceremonies for the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage test environments, ensuring stability through monitoring and maintenance.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and manage access control using vaults.
• Develop quality metrics dashboards, KPIs, and standardized test documentation.
• Coach the team on Agile best practices and process documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Proficiency in configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Strong background in test data management, including masking and refresh processes.
• Experience with cloud environments and secrets management.
• Ability to create traceability matrices and technical documentation.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and coordination.
