Description

You will manage two core Scrum teams (Data Platform & Analytics) as a hands-on lead, driving process adoption and team outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage two distinct Scrum teams, ensuring accountability for deliverables and alignment with organizational OKRs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and advocate for Scrum and Kanban practices focused on value delivery and flow metrics.
• Drive change management to secure organizational buy-in for new processes and operating rhythms.
• Apply advanced agility knowledge, including throughput and story points, to optimize team performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for technical background (e.g., developer transition).
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and foundational agility concepts.
• Experience with large-scale framework elements such as SAFe or Big Room Planning.
• Proficiency with reporting and analytical tools, specifically Tableau.
• Experience in data engineering or analytical environments.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Interest in applying automation and AI to process optimization.
• Ability to adapt approach based on team dynamics and "read the room."
