Description

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, SAFe methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
Support delivery of Salesforce projects involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations.
Remove blockers and impediments impacting sprint goals and team productivity.
Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy product backlogs, user stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown metrics, and release readiness.
Coordinate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, QA, and business teams to ensure alignment.
Drive dependency management across multiple teams in SAFe / enterprise Agile environments.
Ensure quality delivery through collaboration with testing and release teams.
Promote stakeholder communication, transparency, and risk management.
Support change management, user adoption, and post-release stabilization.
Encourage a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce delivery projects.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and ceremonies.
Experience with Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile tools.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Experience in risk mitigation and dependency management.
Preferred Skills:
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), CSM, PSM certifications.
Salesforce Admin or Salesforce ecosystem knowledge.
Experience with enterprise transformation programs.
Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD release processes
