Description

You will facilitate agile processes across four-release train environments for large-scale big data projects. You manage scope changes, risks, and transitions between agile and waterfall methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team workflows using Jira to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage scope changes and risks within agile frameworks.
• Coordinate delivery across large-scale big data projects.
• Navigate transitions between agile and waterfall methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency with Jira for workflow management.
• Proven experience managing risk when project scope changes.
• Direct experience working on big data projects and datasets.
• Ability to operate within a multi-release train structure.
• Background in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working with large federal clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe certification.
• Agile certification.
