Description

You will lead Agile teams as a Scrum Master and Project Manager, ensuring on-time delivery of enterprise projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives for one or more teams.
• Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Waterfall principles to drive continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and proactively manage risks to ensure smooth sprint execution and project timelines.
• Define product vision, create, refine, and prioritize product backlogs, and translate requirements into user stories.
• Develop project plans, resource allocations, and status reports while managing stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile project-management tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to perform Product Owner responsibilities, including backlog prioritization and user story definition.
• Experience supporting requirement analysis and collaborating with technical teams on system dependencies.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills
