Description

You will facilitate Agile delivery and manage workflows within a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coaching sessions to improve team velocity and delivery.
• Manage workflows and documentation using Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
• Resolve conflicts and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Translate technical details into clear updates for business stakeholders.
• Support the integration of WMS platforms with ERP and TMS systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum or Agile project management.
• Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Technical knowledge of WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or SAP EWM.
• Experience managing integrations between WMS, ERP, and TMS systems.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Advanced ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist certification.
• Technical certifications in WMS platforms, such as Manhattan Certified Professional.
