Description

You will lead Scrum teams through all implementation phases to ensure high quality and timely delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Remove impediments and coach the team on identifying and resolving blockers.
• Work with Product Managers to define and groom the backlog for effective sprint planning.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues to conclusion.
• Resolve team conflicts and drive the team toward higher levels of Scrum maturity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• 2-3 years of direct experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum implementation.
• Experience working within large enterprises, scaled environments, or matrixed organizations.
• CSM or equivalent Scrum certification.
• Understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborative environments.
