Description

You will lead and facilitate Agile teams using the Scrum framework to maximize team velocity and project value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Proactively identify, communicate, and eliminate roadblocks, coaching the team to resolve impediments internally.
• Monitor project timelines and capacity, reporting status and forecasting completion dates using key metrics.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to control scope, manage the product backlog, and ensure user stories are clear.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices to enhance maturity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a technical environment.
• Solid, practical understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum Framework and Kanban.
• Ability to differentiate and apply principles from Waterfall approaches when necessary.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a highly collaborative mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven mentoring capabilities.
• Proven adaptability and focus when operating in dynamic environments.
• Highly skilled in analytical thinking and quick decision-making under pressure.
• Proven track record of success facilitating teams using Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile lifecycle management tools.
