Description

Facilitate agile delivery for a large-scale program. Lead all Scrum ceremonies and ensure team accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pre-refinement process to define requirements before formal grooming.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a clean, prioritized backlog.
• Facilitate sprint planning to ensure all stories are estimated and properly tasked.
• Verify that only fully refined stories enter the sprint cycle.
• Support the crew in becoming self-sufficient and autonomous.

Required Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) designation.
• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
• Proven experience managing Scrum for large programs.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Proficiency with VersionOne.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
