Description

You will facilitate the formation, learning, and growth of cross-functional delivery teams to develop a Lean/Agile mindset and optimize end-to-end value stream flow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments, conflicts, and bottlenecks to maintain delivery focus.
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices to foster self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and align with project goals.
• Monitor and report on Agile metrics, velocity, and KPIs to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4 years of experience applying the Scrum Framework and Kanban Method as a full-time practitioner.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban Coach in a Lean-Agile focused organization.
• Working knowledge of teams utilizing test automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Proficiency with Lean/Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne.
• Strong communication skills for virtual environments using Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, or MURAL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certifications such as SSM, PSM, CSM/A-CSM, CSP-SM, or SAFe Agilist.
• Experience influencing organizational change during Lean/Agile adoption.
