Description

Guide the team in adhering to Agile principles and driving continuous improvement through feedback and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Eliminate impediments and escalate blockers to maintain team focus on sprint objectives.
• Manage action items, identify risks, adjust scope, and coordinate testing environment deployments and integration testing.
• Drive team self-organization and continuous delivery practices, including CI/CD and release design.
• Communicate progress and impediments to stakeholders to ensure program-wide transparency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product/project management, business analysis, or product development.
• Proven coaching experience in empowering and motivating teams toward high performance.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and Agile toolsets.
• Experience using metrics and reporting tools to monitor team performance and backlog health.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage technical documentation for production readiness.
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting application testing, training, and implementation.
