Description

Lead Scrum teams to adopt Agile principles, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments to ensure delivery alignment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and Scrum Master meetings to maintain team rhythm.
• Partner with Product Owners to build product roadmaps, release plans, and define strategic priorities.
• Remove impediments by coordinating with the broader organization to resolve decision-making barriers.
• Monitor daily progress and track metrics to communicate team objectives and status clearly.
• Foster self-organization, cross-team collaboration, and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of the Scrum framework.
• Strong knowledge of the Agile manifesto and its practical application in software development.
• Experience managing constraints of cost, time, and scope during delivery cycles.
• Ability to facilitate conflict resolution and drive effective team decision-making.
• Knowledge of Product, Agile, and DevOps environments to support cross-functional alignment.
• Experience coaching teams on Agile subtleties and implementing process improvements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of tenure in Agile coaching or Scrum Master roles.
• Experience coordinating with operational and product teams to ensure enterprise-wide alignment.
