Description

Act as the Scrum Master for 1-2 teams, focusing on process improvement and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint demos.
• Assist the Product Owner with backlog grooming and maintenance.
• Manage dependencies between your team, third parties, release managers, and other scrum teams.
• Coordinate across teams and engage the wider company network to remove impediments.
• Track and maintain relevant metrics to monitor team progress.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• CSM or PSM certification.
• Deep understanding of Scrum frameworks.
• Experience managing cross-team coordination and dependencies.
• Proven ability to facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Experience working with Product Owners on backlog management.

Preferred Skills

• Act as a liaison to the assigned project manager.
