Description

Act as a Scrum Coach and facilitator for cross-functional software development teams in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices, values, and theory.
• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other ceremonies.
• Coach teams toward self-organization and remove impediments.
• Support Product Owners with backlog grooming and maintenance.
• Assess scrum maturity and coach teams to improve at a sustainable pace.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban experience.
• At least 1 year as a Scrum Master for cross-functional software development teams.
• First-level Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM I).
• Proven ability to introduce Scrum to teams with limited Agile knowledge.
• Experience with custom software development environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Knowledge of patterns for filling gaps in the Scrum framework (bug handling, conflict resolution).
• Strong facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with manufacturing environments and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Infor XA and IBMi.
