Description

You will facilitate agile ceremonies and guide the team through Scrum processes in Minneapolis, MN.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily scrum ceremonies and manage the sprint backlog.
• Guide the team in applying agile methodologies and best practices.
• Support delivery efforts within the wealth and asset management domain.
• Ensure strict adherence to onsite work requirements from day one.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total professional experience in technology or related fields.
• Proven track record serving as a Scrum Master.
• Experience working within wealth and asset management contexts.
• Ability to work onsite in Minneapolis, MN from day one.
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and agile principles.

Preferred Skills

• Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in financial services.
