Description

Lead agile processes and drive delivery within the IT organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage team workflows.
• Drive delivery of results through effective scrum practices.
• Manage project progress using agile tooling.
• Apply Scrum framework principles to remove impediments and improve team velocity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Information Technology leadership experience.
• Scrum Master Certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of Agile tools such as JIRA.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a software development environment.
