Description

You will facilitate Agile processes for the team in a hybrid capacity based in Minneapolis.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workflows.
• Support team adherence to Agile methodologies.
• Manage delivery processes within a hybrid work environment.
• Remove impediments to ensure steady sprint velocity.
• Coach team members on Scrum principles and best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience managing hybrid or remote teams.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Preferred Skills

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
