Guide teams through the Scrum process to deliver business outcomes efficiently.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams to define roadmaps and groom backlogs.
• Remove roadblocks and resolve conflicts within the project team.
• Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate identified risks.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master specifically in Data/ETL projects.
• Hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies and managing conflict resolution.
• Proven experience in Data Projects.
• Experience with Snowflake Data Lakehouse.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
