Description

You will guide teams through iterative development cycles using Scrum methodologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed backlog.
• Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics like velocity and burndown.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles.
• Experience working with cross-functional product teams.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to coach without authority and influence without micromanaging.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification.
• Experience scaling Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
