Responsibilities

• Implement Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban in practical environments.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Navigate complex situations to resolve team conflicts and solve delivery problems.
• Manage software project delivery by applying Agile principles and practices.
• Utilize Agile project management tools to track progress and maintain documentation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master specifically within the BFSI domain.
• Deep understanding of BFSI industry regulations, processes, and technology.
• Practical experience implementing Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
