Description

You will facilitate Agile processes and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Quarterly Planning.
• Partner with business users to act as the liaison for the technical development team.
• Manage project scope changes, identify potential issues, and develop contingency plans.
• Create quarterly roadmap plans and generate squad metrics and reports.
• Maintain the backlog and track progress using Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile practitioner role.
• Deep knowledge of Agile best practices, specifically Scrum.
• Proficiency with Jira and similar project management tools.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs.
• Strong ability to influence and communicate with senior-level stakeholders.
• Proven skills in relationship management and teamwork.
• Ability to perform structured analysis and manage change proactively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining and managing end-to-end business requirements and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) or Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Knowledge of Kanban.
