Description

You will facilitate agile processes for a squad focused on website and platform development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile ceremonies including standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve blockers and impediments to ensure timely delivery.
• Enforce quality standards for user stories and supporting product artifacts.
• Manage Jira boards, workflows, and act as the Jira administrator.
• Maintain delivery data, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Program or Project Manager.
• Deep expertise in Jira for managing agile sprints and workflows.
• Proven experience managing website development projects.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with vendor management.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage organizational resources to support squad needs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics.
• General knowledge of the Adobe product suite.
