Description

You will facilitate agile processes for a squad focused on website and platform development for Digital Marketing Technology.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile ceremonies including standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve blockers and impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
• Enforce quality standards for user stories and supporting product artifacts.
• Manage deliveries to ensure value is provided with quality and timeliness.
• Maintain data, reporting, and alignment with stakeholders and organizational resources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Program or Project Manager.
• Expertise in Jira, including managing boards, workflows, and acting as a Jira administrator.
• Experience managing website development projects.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and developer practices.
• Proven ability to manage, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business partners.
• Experience with vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics.
