Description

You will lead Agile practices for the development and support of digital platforms, including public websites and internal portals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove blockers and impediments to maintain delivery momentum and resolve organizational dependencies.
• Manage Jira boards, workflows, and configurations to track team performance and capacity.
• Own project timelines and delivery schedules to ensure value-driven, on-time outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between the squad, stakeholders, and external vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Program Manager, or Project Manager in a digital or technology-focused environment.
• Expertise in Jira administration, including board creation and configuration.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and code quality controls.
• Proven experience managing website development projects.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage vendors and external partners.
• Proficiency with Agile delivery frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and AEM.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technology stakeholders.
