Description

You facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams on Scrum best practices to maintain sprint flow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Proactively remove impediments to support team delivery and sprint goals.
• Coach and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Track and report Agile metrics including velocity and burndown charts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years overall experience, including minimum 3 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
• Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in the BFSI domain within regulated financial environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional Agile teams.
• Experience ensuring compliance with security, governance, and enterprise processes.
• Skilled in tracking key metrics such as velocity, burndown/burnup, and sprint health.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams in scaled Agile environments.
