Scrum Master

You will lead software development teams through Agile methodologies and Scrum practices to drive self-organization and maturity.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrum teams in applying Agile methodologies and ensuring the correct use of Scrum processes.
• Remove impediments and coach team members on self-organization and conflict resolution.
• Manage RUN engagement activities including Incident, Problem, Environment, and Change Management using ITIL standards.
• Drive quality KPIs through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive maintenance activities.
• Partner with Product Owners to meet customer satisfaction and manage client expectations through SLAs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Scrum Master certification is required.
• Proven experience working within a Scrum team.
• Expertise in Jira; knowledge of Rally is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ITIL standards and KM processes.
• Ability to coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
• Experience managing RUN scope activities and SLA requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Application Management and Networking projects.
