Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach development teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
• Remove blockers and resolve impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and team performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Scrum framework implementation.
• Experience interacting with Product Owners.
