Facilitate team processes and guide development teams toward higher Scrum maturity.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope and timelines.
• Coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and practices.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder progress.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Expertise in Agile Frameworks and Scrum.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement).
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.).
• Strong servant leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with software development practices and automated testing.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
