Description

You will guide teams through the Scrum framework to maximize flow and output.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments blocking team progress and ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Act as the liaison between the development team and stakeholders to maintain alignment.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding and application of Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Ability to coach teams on Agile practices.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Skill in impediment removal and process improvement.
• 7+ years of professional working experience.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the Banking domain.
