Responsibilities

• Coordinate sprint planning and execution.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospective meetings.
• Coach team members on Agile frameworks and Scrum techniques.
• Guide development teams to improve Scrum maturity.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum and Agile environments.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
• Good knowledge of Agile frameworks.
• Proven ability to facilitate team collaboration.
• Experience coordinating sprints and stand-ups.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM).
