Lead cross-functional teams through the delivery of medium to large-scale, business-focused projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with the analysis of complex process workflows, future-state system designs, and user interfaces.
• Translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications and manage requirements through multi-phase delivery.
• Document user stories, architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, and common flows.
• Evaluate internal and external technologies, frameworks, and APIs for mobile application integration.
• Maintain alignment of project scope with business, technical, schedule, and financial objectives.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of Scrum Master experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong background in Product Management and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Development and Backend Development (Java).
• Experience working with FRD, BRD, SRD, test cases, and functional specification documents.
• Proficiency in designing and documenting APIs and build-out sequence diagrams.
• Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and project management life cycles.
• Ability to lead team members in establishing processes to ensure project completion.
• Strong technical documentation skills including architecture and sequence diagrams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Agile, SCRUM, and Six Sigma.
• Experience with IT portfolio planning, reporting, prioritization, governance, and budgeting.
