Responsibilities

• Facilitate SCRUM methodologies and Kanban workflows to drive team delivery.
• Manage team tasks and documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
• Provide clear and succinct project updates to leadership.
• Apply strong project management skills to oversee delivery lifecycles.
• Influence team processes through effective verbal and written communication.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential.
• Proficiency in SCRUM methodologies and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Foundational knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong project management and influential communication skills.
• Ability to work in a remote capacity.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe certification.
• Project Management certification.
