Description

You will act as the Scrum Master, driving project execution and team adherence to operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead project status meetings and Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups and sprint retrospectives.
• Prepare and distribute progress reports, meeting minutes, release notes, and deployment plans.
• Create, update, and maintain Microsoft Azure DevOps dashboards.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to coordinate project schedules and ensure all changes are communicated to stakeholders.
• Facilitate team impediment resolution and seek management support to remove roadblocks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe framework.
• Experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing new applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Familiarity with IT software and cloud technology stacks.
