Description

You will lead development teams from project initiation through final product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams through the full project lifecycle from initiation to final delivery.
• Partner with the Product Owner on backlog management and continuous feature delivery.
• Oversee daily team activities, providing direction, coordination, and guidance.
• Facilitate frequent retrospectives and share metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage project scope within sprints and coordinate resource allocations and workload assignments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar leadership role.
• Deep understanding of Agile and the Scrum framework.
• Experience coaching teams on Agile values and practices.
• Ability to manage project scope and ensure compliance with sprint definitions.
• Experience facilitating retrospectives and using metrics for process improvement.
• Ability to build working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading development teams from project start to delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree.
