Description

You will manage three scrum teams to ensure successful product delivery and adherence to agile practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint point allocations and capacity tracking.
• Remove impediments by following up daily with developers to assess risk and clear roadblocks.
• Maintain and organize the Azure DevOps board to track stories through to production deployment.
• Coordinate between Product Owners, BAs, and development teams to align goals and ensure stories are approved on time.
• Report on sprint burndown, velocity, story point adherence, and team health metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Proven ability to track development progress and manage resource balancing across teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience managing dependencies between Product and Development teams.
• Ability to create custom reports such as bug counts per sprint or feature.

Preferred Skills

• Agile Scrum Master Certification.
