Description

You will facilitate agile delivery for complex projects, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead all agile scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, user story refinement, and sprint retrospectives.
• Manage and maintain the TFS backlog for multiple applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and architects to resolve project impediments and risks.
• Analyze and document business requirements and workflows to prioritize demand against IT capacity.
• Establish and monitor sprint goals while implementing process improvements for efficient planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master or similar agile roles.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and TFS.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and user story creation.
• Experience with Business Process Analysis, documentation, and requirement elicitation.
• Strong workflow analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Visio.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent facilitation and verbal/written communication skills.
