Description

You will facilitate agile ceremonies and manage delivery workflows for project teams in the financial sector.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, daily scrums, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Manage burn-down charts and maintain RAID logs for assigned teams.
• Balance PMO milestone deadlines with team velocity and blockers.
• Coach and mentor teams in agile best practices while shielding them from outside distractions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
• Financial industry background, specifically with Derivatives, Cash, or Banking products.
• Technical understanding of Reference Data, MDM, Snowflake, Python, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Familiarity with established software development life cycle (SDLC) practices.
• Ability to assess priorities and make effective decisions quickly.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
