Description

Guide development teams through the Scrum process and facilitate Agile ceremonies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Coach and mentor development teams on Agile and Scrum principles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine the product backlog for AEM features.
• Identify and remove impediments blocking team progress.
• Track and report team metrics, velocity, and burndown charts to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 1+ year of experience on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, and workflows.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
• Proficiency in Agile practices and principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AEM-specific workflow management and component development.
