Description

Facilitate Agile processes and remove impediments for development teams building Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Coach and mentor development teams on Agile and Scrum principles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog for AEM features.
• Track and report team metrics such as velocity and burndown charts to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• At least 1 year of experience on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, and workflows.
• Proficiency in Agile Delivery and Agile Scrum practices.
• Experience with Agile tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
