You will guide teams through the application of Scrum principles to deliver value.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects within a matrixed organizational structure.
• Partner with business, technology, and global stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Track project risks, dependencies, and provide portfolio-level reporting.
• Ensure technical delivery aligns directly with overarching business objectives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
• Strong, hands-on Scrum Master experience in enterprise settings.
• Experience within Financial Services, specifically Wealth Management, Investment Management, Investment Banking, or Asset Management.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Agile PDLC frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and communication.
• Bachelor's degree required.
